Summary

    BW series insulation pump is a kind of single-stage single-priming centrifugal pump with an insulation jacket, it is improved on the base of ordinary chemical pump, and mainly applies to transmit media easy to crystallize in the situation of low temperature, or be used to transmit medium ensuring constant temperature, can make use of steam or hot water to ensure heat preservation. Due to the advance, scientificalness and unique of the pump structure and seal technology, the pump can transmit materials with solid content up to 35%, continuously work 8000 hours without leakage under the common circumstance, the sealing effect is 3-5 times better than the general chemical pump. Since the impeller is of semi-open structure, the pump will not be clogged by high solid content, and is the most ideal and advanced device to transmit various materials in the field of chemical industry at present.

According to the difference of medium, different materials can be chosen for the production of the pump. Now A3, 321, 304, 316,316L,dual-phase steel and other materials are usually used, which can completely meet the effect of wear resistance, corrosion resistance and heat preservation.
